We have Dynamics GP with default 5 users.

I was wondering what would be the cost for additional users.

If you are on GP Perpetual each additional user is $3,000. I would check with your reseller for any promotions. There are also light users for $600 which gives them read-only access.

    Thanks Richard,

Is there any single cost if I want to buy 50 user licenses at a time?

Also, if I want to upgrade to 2016, do I have to buy the GP license or is it a free upgrade from 2015 to 2016?

Also, we are Microsoft partners so, I don't think we have any reseller as of my knowledge.

    Thanks..

There may be a promotion to go to 50 users but the standard price of $3,000 per user still holds. You can login to PartnerSource and download the complete price sheet. I would call sales operations to get the complete story about your options. 1-800-456-0025. If you downloaded a copy off a Microsoft web site it is not intended to be used in production so you would need to contact a reseller and purchase a copy if you intend to use GP to run your company.

Richard already answered one of your questions so I'll address this one. If you are properly licensed and current on your support renewals their is no cost to upgrade except for the time to perform the upgrade (and properly test it). If you aren't confident performing the upgrade and testing yourself I highly recommend reaching out to an experienced GP partner.

    Regards,
