When I post a Item arrival journal in D365 F&O, there's error as below, I cannot find a workflow related to this, wish someone can help.
What's more, when I confirmed registration for a return order, the same error message came out.

Thank you for your responding, I found this error reason, which is because I choose the "replacement and scrap" for "disposition code" in this return order. If I change it to "Credit", there won't cause any error.
However, I checked the URL that you mentioned, I still cannot find where the workflow is.
Maybe that is a process workflow for "scrap".
