i have 3 entities that is Individual, Organisation and Group, I have created a entity called Cases, I need to create a subgrid(multi entity subgrid) that displays the records of the three entities in the single subgrid.

I dont want to display it in three different subgrids instead i need it to be display in a single subgrid.

Kindly Suggest

    Hi Abishek,

You cannot include records of two different entities in one sub-grid. A grid can only hold record of single base entity. However you can add columns of related entities to the view. To give an example, in the Account view, you can include emailaddress, phone or any other column of the primary contact entity. The related entities works for any entity for which you have a lookup added to the base entity.

    Hope it makes sense.

    Hi Abishek,

you will not be  able to do it in any support way.

you might want to try creating a custom html web resource where you can fetch records from dynamics crm and show them in a custom table and show it on the form but i would not really suggest it.

    Thats max you can do.

    Hi Abhishek,

Did you tried with this ? I believe I have shared the same in another thread.

    stackoverflow.com/.../show-multiple-relationship-records-in-single-view

This is the only way you can do this if you dont want to use custom html web resource .

Rather setting up the custom XML I would suggest you to create a report and show in IFRAME, the reason is setting custom XML is unsupported.
