We were told to upgrade from ICVerify 4.03 to 4.04 for PCI reasons. After the upgrade transactions were showing DENIED in POS and not showing at all in ICVerify.
We have temporarily reverted to 4.03. I heard that officially 4.04 (in fact not since 2.5) is supported.
We are resistant to going to the integrated solution because our bank will charge us $0.10 per item extra for items sent via VITAL/TSYS protocol. (Though I am considering it).
Has anybody gotten this to work OR ditched ICVerify as a result?

Ron,
As of the latest version of IC Verify, they have gotten rid of the file based transfer method that RMS relies on, which is why you are getting the denied error. You will want to switch to TSYS or use a PCI Compliant integration. There may be some available depending on your processor.
