When attempting to generate an Item - Inventory Valuation Report in RMS, we get and Error #5: Invalid Procedural Call or Argument. This occurs on both computers.
We have re-indexed and checked the database in the Administrator.

What Filters are you using on the report?
Do you get the same error if you filter for 1 Item Lookup Code for 1 day?
I get the same result no matter what day, group of days, or all items or just a singular item. I upgraded SQL Server 2005 Express to SQL Server Express 2014 but result is the same.
Do you get any results when you run the following query?
SELECT ID, * FROM ItemValueLog WHERE OldAmount > 10000 OR OldAmount < -10000

Your query did find the problem and I was able to delete the bad record with the following;
DELETE ItemValueLog WHERE ID = (id)
