Copy Production Environment to a Sandbox

I am trying to copy a production environment to a sandbox environment.  I've gone into Admin Center / Environment and selected New.  Entered the new Environment Name, select Type of Sandbox and copy production environment.   

After the new sandbox is active, I try to log into it and have consistently received the message below.   Selecting Go back home receives the same message.

I have other sandboxes created and they are working properly.

Business Central version: 17.4.21491.21531

Anybody else have this issue?

    If you go into the Business Central Admin Center do you see the Environment there?  What is the status?

    Found the issue:  One of the apps has a web service call during the login process.   In the production environment I was copying, changed this app (in Extension Management) to "Allow HttpClient Requests".  Copy it again and all worked as expected.
