Hello Everyone,
I am facing a situation from my production environment.  from the attached, I am missing a button (Quotation Amendment button group)
Please does anyone has an insight on this situation to help me enable this button group?

    Hi Sheriff,
     
    You can check if the feature Request for quotation amendment and cancellation email framework options is enabled in this environment. It is a mandatory feature in version 10.0.40. If this is enabled on the Feature management workspace, then you need to check for possible missing permissions in your security role or someone might have hidden it using personalized views. The last mentioned cause is not likely as your screenshot shows the Standard view.

    I really appreciate you help but I have administrator Role and have done all of the forementioned. please any other ideas.

    Hi Sheriff,
     
    There is logic checking if either the license configuration Vendor bidding is enabled or in the parameters, the field Lock RFQs when they are sent is enabled. If both are not enabled, the buttons are not visible.
