Hi - For the past few months our Item Card has been showing the Qty (MTD) as the same figure as Qty (YTD) instead of the actual MTD. Does anybody know why this is happening? The company that supports us wants a fortune to figure it out but perhaps there's a simple solution?
Looks like these two are not part of the standard field.
Can you provide the field ID# of the 'Qty (MTD)' and 'Qty (YTD)'? You can look for them under Page Inspection.
