User is having duplicate meeting invites send when an appointment is tracked to Dynamics 365. User first started having issues end of last year, seemed to be resolved so started tracking appointments again. Issue is now happening again, the user has tried sending the meeting appointment and tracking, as well as tracking the meeting invite before sending. Both are having the same outcome where duplicate invites are sending to the attendees. Appointments are Teams meeting invites. The 1st invite is showing as not tracked in Sent, whereas the 2nd email is showing as Tracked to Dynamics 365
