Move from Scaptify to native Business Central Shopify connector

Has anyone moved from Scaptify to the native BC shopify connector? I went into the Shopify >> Shops, and /New/ is greyed out and it won't let me doing anything, and I am wondering if I need to remove scaptify first, or how to go about moving from that to the native?
