To get Shop Floor Reporting (Time and Attendance, Consumption Scanning, Light Graphical Scheduling, QA) in business central ?

Is there built-in functionality to deal those thing.?

We really do not have built in functionality around this. I found an extension from Insight works that you might want to research:

Hello,

As Andy noted, out of the box BC does not have the functionality you are looking for. Insight Works will meet the requirements so check it out. You can download the Trial APP and play in your Sandbox. Very easy to watch the videos and see how it works.
