D365BC Admin Center - Missing "Manage Apps" & "Manage Sessions" options

D365BC Admin Center - Missing "Manage Apps" & "Manage Sessions" options.

I compare two environments, both version:  15.4.41023.41345

in the Admin Center, the options for "Manage Apps" & "Manage Sessions" are missing from one environment, but not the other.

Any help is appreciated to resolve why these options are missing.

    You have to create a support caes in the admin center, then MS will take care

    Hello,

    That does look like something broke and it can only be resolved via a support ticket to Microsoft. Do you see this happening in other browsers and with InCognito/InPrivate browsing? Maybe getting rid of stored cookies may help here, but I doubt since you see this in one environment but not in the other environment (assuming these two tenants are in one Office 365 environment / tenant).
