So I have noticed that in my CRM that I have duplicates between my leads and contacts specially with one company. can I just delete the leads or disqualify them to clear them out of my leads, and still keep them in contacts?

If you need to keep any of the data or linked records, you could qualify the Lead to a contact. Then merge the two duplicate contacts.

If you delete them, you will lose existing references(if there are any).. If you don't need them anymore, try disqualifying them first (your existing contacts won't be affected)
