    Hi Gouw,

Inventory lookup list views all stores and warehouses that are configured in the fulfillment groups that the current store is linked to.

And Inventory value refers to the "available physical" quantity of a product not Physical one.

If you still have an issue on data shows in POS, please submit support incident so we can help you to investigate it.

Gouw Y: When I have investigated, the item was activated warehouse management in storage dimension group.

Onhand inquiry with negative balance have different result for available physical and available physical exact dimension (what purpose to have two fields)

Quantity available physical exact dimension showing correctly instead of available physical

However the inventory lookup in POS using available physical and result for all store location group - same quantity that incorrect result.

Now checking to modify logic on how to show inventory lookup not populated from available physical but using available physical exact dimension
