Hi Guys

I am trying to use open in excel (customer list --page - open in excel) and all lists show this error

The client ID or client secret have not been initialised

Any ideas? This is on 18.5 version

    Hello,

    If you are working in SaaS environment, there is nothing you need to configure. If it it does not work, please ask your partner or CSP to raise a support request to Microsoft. The configuration is handled on our side.

    This is in 18.5 BC SaaS and looks like something related to Azure setting

    Are you still on version 18.5 for BC Saas  or did i misunderstand the version you are running on?

    This is on BC SaaS so not sure we need this or we never had this problem in the past

    There is a setup you have to go through to get this to work on-prem.

    Have you been through that process?
