Conditional BOM creation

Dear Team

Extension of my previous question on packing spec

1 Wallet = 1 SKU = 10 Pcs

1 Outer = 10 Wallets

1 Master Carton = 30 Outers

Now the scenario is, if the amount ordered/Forecasted is 10 wallets or in multiples of 10, it should trigger  outer

If order is more than 300 Wallets 600, 900 etc ie for every 300 wallets , it should trigger 1 Master carton

How do configure this scenario

    Hi Vivek,

    Like mentioned on your other question, please provide some more details. I'm confused of you refer to a finished product or BOM line. On what form, etc.

    Actually, the condition is only if there is 10 and multiples of 10 wallets you need as many outers as 10 wallets go in an outer

    Similary, Master carton unless you get 30 outers and multiples of 30 you BOM has to calculate Master Carton

    20 Wallets - BOM Qty 2 outers

    25 Wallets - BOM Qty 2 Outers only (as this is not in multiples of 10)

    I'm still not on the same page. Unfortunately, I don't understand what feature in the system you are referring to. Can you explain the process, please?

    Hello K Vivekanandan,

    Have you managed to resolve this issue?  

    Could you provide more details of the process where you want the outer, or wallet triggered?  it is not clear whether this relates to sales order. MRP or Production.
