Activity Tracker in Dynamics SL

Is there a way to track who entered/modified/approved journal entries or other transactions?

    Those fields can be added to screens or reports via customization, or via SQL queries.

    How do I view the "created by" and "last update by"?

    Out of the box, Solomon has "Created By" and "Last Updated By" fields for both User & Date for every table being updated. However, this won't track changes in between the record being created and the record being last-updated.

    But there are several 3rd-party products that will do this. One is "FastPath":
