In a view, is there a way to see more than 50 leads/contacts at one time?

Hi,

The title of this question kind of says it all. Is there a way/setting to see more than the default 50 items in a view at one time? The reason I'm asking is I want to follow all of my leads, and there are 5000 of them in our system currently. I don't want to have to click to follow 50 at a time, I'd liked to be able to follow them all at the same time.

Hi Kimberly,

You can see upto a maximum of 250 records in a view in User Settings.

Also you can programatically follow it as well. Refer: dynamicsofdynamicscrm.wordpress.com/.../issue-resolution-auto-follow-a-record-enabled-for-activity-feeds-in-dynamics-crm-20132015

Hello Kimberly ,

Yes you can change the View upto 250 records per page .

Click the Gear icon beside your Username on the Top right Corner and Open the " Options " Click General Tab

You will see the Option to change the "records per Page " .. Scroll down to see various Options .
