If the Advanced Warehouse is not enabled for the store, can we use the inventory on hand mobile app to view the store inventory?

Yes, you can use the on-hand inventory mobile app without advanced warehouse enabled.

    Hi,
As Ramit said, the prerequisites in the relevant documentation for the Inventory On-hand mobile app do not mention that using this APP requires the use of advanced warehouse functionality, so you can use this APP without enabling advanced warehouse. And you can set it according to the requirements in the documentation. Inventory On-hand mobile app - Supply Chain Management | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn

    Hi,

I've been using the Inventory On-hand Mobile App in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management for about a year now. One issue I often encounter is that: For items with many variants (e.g., sizes, colors, styles), the app takes a long time to load the on-hand inventory data.

This delay affects the user experience, especially in scenarios where users need quick access to inventory information at stores or warehouses.

What can we do to improve or optimize the loading time for items with many variants?

Is there any best practice or configuration (filters, dimension setup, performance tuning, etc.) that we can apply?

Looking forward to your advice or possible solutions

    Hi CongDuong,

Can you please create a new question on the Dynamics Community forum? You are responding to an old question with a different topic that was already answered. Please don't change the subject from viewing store inventory to performance challenges.
