Does anyone know what company makes a intergrated e-mail marketing add-on?

The closest add-on that I'm aware of is VIP Zone:
www.digitalretailer.com/rms-add-ins
It allows generating a mailing list based on various parameters. You then have to use a separate email application to send the emails.
Our add-on allows you to collect emails and validate delivery.

I have used TransactionTree for one of my clients. www.transactiontree.com
They use an HTML format for the e-receipt that has the RMS receipt embedded. This allows you to put links to other sites i.e. website or do other advertising around the RMS receipt.
