I would like the restriction on record Opportunity Contact Account and Lead to limit the number of export records to 50 from MS CRM 2011 based on security role.

You could try to have plugin on RetrieveMultiple , and implement your logic there, you may throw error or limit record to just 50. You need to do some R&D on this.

But I want that in one download user is able to export only 50 records. I don't want to extend the limit.
In my case user is BDE's.
