My customer started having issues when trying to access their inside contacts into the To, CC: and BCC boxes in email. They are using Sales Transaction Entry. Below is an example of how the email address looks when adding it from a Contact Outlook List: EX:/o=ExchangeLabs/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (and more detail after that.
The confusing issue related to this is that it is a combination of Outlook 2016 (Office 365) and Windows 10 that causes this issue with GP 2016. If Windows 7 or Outlook 2013 (Office 365) is used then the email addresses render correctly.
Looking for anyone out in GP Land who has experienced this issue. At this point, not sure which support I should contact: Windows, Outlook 2016 or GP.
