Hi all,

I'm trying to create a form that would look similar to what the Security role form looks like.

Basically, I would have the list of field on the left of the form and an option set as a header. I'm looking into creating an inspection form where I would have a list of items to inspect and a option set that says (clean, dirty, broken, etc.)

I know this may require some coding. I need this form to be made available on tablet. The CRM we are using, is on-premise.

If you guys have any ideas how to I would create this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Fritz,

The only way that you can create a form in such a manner is to create a web resource and display the web resource inside your entity form.

There is no way of creating this OOB in Dynamics CRM.

Also, you will have to create all the logic of user click events inside the web resource and save the data based on the requirements to either form or via WebApi.

This is a challenging request, hope this helps.

Your screenshot didn't come through for me, but I think creating a HTML web resource and embedding in an iframe may work.
