Hi all,
I'm trying to create a form that would look similar to what the Security role form looks like.
Basically, I would have the list of field on the left of the form and an option set as a header. I'm looking into creating an inspection form where I would have a list of items to inspect and a option set that says (clean, dirty, broken, etc.)
I know this may require some coding. I need this form to be made available on tablet. The CRM we are using, is on-premise.
If you guys have any ideas how to I would create this, it would be greatly appreciated.
