Automatically track outgoing Outlook emails

How do I automatically track emails I send via Outlook against an account? At the moment I have to manually assign the account via the Set Regarding button in Outlook when sending. Note I only want to track email activity in relation to email addresses that are in our CRM online. I have significant other email traffic that I do not want to track.

    Hello Roger,

    I haven't tested this but try changing tracking options under Personal Options >> Emails >> Track, to either of below options and check if it fulfills your requirement.

    1. Email messaged from CRM Leads, Contacts and Accounts

    or

    2. Email messages from CRM records that are email enabled

    Hi Roger,

    You could try out a mobile application called LiiD? It tracks all emails automatically to your CRM under the correct contact or lead if the address can be found in your CRM.

    The app also logs call and you can manage your meetings and tasks through it. Just download it to your phone from AppStore or Google Play or visit www.liid.com for more information.
