Im having troubles to import a table content with data (contacts) to excel for then later export them in a massive form and create multiple contacts.
Can you please give me support step by step to do this process?

can you clarify what you are are doing
what version of CRM are you using
are you trying to export some data from a database, put this into an excel sheet and import it into CRM.
What errors are you getting when you try this?
