Intercompany Transactions

Has anyone else had any issues with Intercompany transactions being sent but not received?  All was working fine, but in  the last few days thee transactions have been sent, but not being received?
 
Any help would be appreciated

    Hello,
     
    Many users reported it.
    Most cases were fixed by restarting the IC job queue and resending the Outbox.
    The IC dispatcher often stalls after recent updates.

    In BC, there is no IC job queue running, unless it runs automatically and then vanishes

    Microsoft have changed the Source Type(marked as removal) to IC Source Type in 27 version, if you have customised extension based on this you may run into issue and you will have issue in receiving transaction.

    Hi,

    If Intercompany transactions are being sent but not received, please check the following:

    1. Intercompany Setup (Partner Company)

      Make sure Auto. Accept Transactions is enabled for that IC Partner.
       
    2. Intercompany Inbox Transactions (Partner Company)

      Verify whether the transactions actually arrived.
      If the inbox is empty, they may not be auto-sent from the source company.
       
    3. Job Queue Log Entries

      Check the Job Queue logs for the IC processing codeunits.
      Recent errors (e.g., missing accounts, dimension issues, or posting errors) are often logged here.
     

    If all setups look correct, you can also manually trigger Accept in the Intercompany Inbox Transactions to confirm whether the issue is with the job queue or the transaction.
