Cleaning System Jobs is not clearing AsyncOperations in File Storage

Hi All,

Why is AsyncOperation table in File Storage type is consuming over 1 GB despite having approx 1000 records in an environment. I believe the System Jobs table anyway is called AsyncOperationBase and not "AsyncOperation". Wanted to understand where is this data in Dynamics and how can I reduce the same.

As you see, the AsyncOperation is showing 1325.x MB. Not sure if mere 1000 records should consume this much space.

I might be missing something.
