I am running in to a problem where, in the sales order, when I have a campaign code set the item in the line DOES NOT take the price list that is assigned to the campaign.
Below is a checklist of what I have confirmed:
Campaign is ACTIVE with proper start/end dates:
Sales price list is ACTIVE:
The sales order header has the campaign code set:
Yet my line (for an item that I can confirm is in the campaign price list) is taking my default price list instead of the campaign one. Am I missing something?
I'm on version US Business Central 25.5 (Platform 25.2.40082.0 + Application 25.5.30849.39805)
How to get sales price list by campaign working? What am I missing?
Have you checked the campaign start and end dates?
In addition, check whether the Unit of Measure Code, Currency Code, etc. in the price master data are the same.
