hi all

As I need is Company Name is optional field, that users can leave is empty. I do change the field to optional, and public the customize.

I got a error once I conver a lead with Contact, Account and Oppotunity event the Company Name filed is not empty. It is OK once I do Lead convert without Account.

Please help me to correct it as:

If Company Name filed is empty, the conver will do based on Contact & Oppotunity (event users can chose Account check box)
If Company Name filed is not empty, the conver will conver on Account, Contact and Oppotunity.

It seems you can do it through unsupported way only by injecting js in conv_lead.aspx page, which is not recommended
