I'm in the process of installing the InsideView Insights solution into our CRM Sandbox and running into some troubles. First, the installation never completes when I perform it via IE. It typically hangs at around 20%. I have gotten further using Firefox however. That said, once it is installed via Firefox and I go into an Account in CRM, the Insight tab is not appearing. I noticed in the solution that it is not visible by default, so I changed that, but the tab still does not appear. I can actually see it for a moment when I do a refresh, but it disappears. I also tried going to https://***.crm.dynamics.com/webresources/iv_configuration and get the following error:
I know for a fact that we are Office 365 users, but it's clearly not talking to something. If anyone has any ideas or know of a different forum for Insight support, please let me know. Thanks!
