Does this issue happen with all the entities or just custom entities?
Do you have plugins for the affected entities? If yes, try to delete them.

You need to have a look at platform trace to see what is going wrong. But then it is CRM online so in order to get platform trace you need to contact Microsoft support.

Hi Jane,
It seems like there is some hard coded GUID in your online environment.Check if there is any plugin or code on the entity on which you are getting the error.
You disable the plugin steps on this entity and try accessing again.
