This is very easy in Powerautomate to send the PDF to someone, but I did not understand your first question "Retrieve from job queue"

I think that using Power Automate to "subscribe" to a Job queue event might not be the best design.

Is the Business case that you want to mail a report at fixed intervals?

If so you can either create a report / codeunit that runs at certain intervals that do the mail sending. Or use Power Automate to send already generated PDF files.

Hey Nitin, I want to create a batch job in job queue entries that runs at specified interval and creates a pdf for a specific report and produce a link of that in report inbox. Now I want power automate to retrieve that report pdf from report inbox and mail it to a specific person,

Hey Inge, yes I want to mail at fixed interval. But the thing is that I want it to be done without AL code. Is there any way to do it functionally?

one more thing I tried configuring printer setting but it is not working in my case. Anybody knows how to configure it? As I think it is the only way to achieve that.
