Dynamics 365 Finance & operation (on-premise) install Issue.

Hi.
 
Our client company is using Dynamics 365 F&O on-premises.
This time, we need to create a new SQL DB2 and expand it.
 
So. I received the information about  information of DB2 and the SQL DB certificate of DB2.
 
 
 
Q1) How To setup this part?
 
 
Q2) How to Setup Sql Cluster Certificate?

<DNSName> Virturla DNS?? DB1 DNS?? DB2 DNS?? </DNSName>
<Subject> DB1 Subject? DB2 Subject2??? </Subject>
<Thumbprint> DB1 Thumbprint?? DB2 Thumbprint <Thumbprint>
 
 
Q3) If I set it to Certificate disabled = "true", does it connect without a certificate when I try to find the SQL DB server and log in?
Q4) If I set it to Certificate disabled = "true", would it be a problem if SQL DB is set in the SQL Server configuration?
