Hi,
Let's suppose that I have several business process flows associated with an entity, and I want to prevent users to use some of them: can I use a business rule to achieve my goal?
Or it could only be used to expose a recommendation?
If you are using Model driven App then you can achieve your requirement by not including the BPF in your app which you don't want your user to see.

Hi Joel,
I don't think we can achieve this using business rule. You can enbale specific security roles for BPF visibility. Only users with the security roles can see a BPF. Or you will need to write JS code on a form to hide BPF. Please refer to https://powerobjects.com/crm-2015/setting-visibility-of-a-business-process-flow-with-javascript-dynamics-crm-2015/. Hope this helpful. Please mark it as answered. Thank you!
