I keep getting this error when trying to create a sales invoice from a job.

"There was no Job Planning Line with a Qty. to Transfer to Invoice larger than 0. No lines were transferred."

Some items of note:

  1. This is the only Job where I have run into this issue.
  2. This job has already had one sales invoice created from it.
    1. This is a common practice for us and has not caused us any issues before.
    2. I am following the same procedure as I have in all other jobs.
  3. There are quantities enter in in the job planning lines.
    1. Also I have only selected the line items I want to invoice.

Any help here would be wonderful, thanks

I added that into the that into the Planning Lines on the Job section. When I added the quantity to transfer it did transfer. We have never had to do that before. Not sure what the change is, but there was an update pushed before this error started. I opened a ticket with our IT Partner.

    Thanks for the assistance.

    Hi,

Please find one column "Qty. to Transfer to invoice", and make sure if its filled with the same qty you want to post.
