How do i delete a Queue Item from a Queue in CRM 2016 on premise

Hi there,

How do i delete a Queue Item from a Queue in CRM 2016 on premise. I had the option in CRM 2011 when i selected a queue item but it's no longer there. Im trying to delete automated email replies from my queue which come in.

    Go to particular Queue and then related Entities would have QueueItem .

    Thanks for this but there used to be a  delete button in 2011 in the Queue Ribbon. I can't see it in CRM 2016

    Hi,

    Go to Service - Queues - Select the appropriate Queue - Select queue item and Release/Remove button is available in the ribbon. Thanks.

    Thanks Zohaib but is there no way of completely deleting the email record from the Queue and CRM like there was in CRM 2011?

    click on the item itself, then you can delete it

    Could someone please confirm that the Remove ribbon button is no longer available (when a queue item is selected) in v 9.0? If so, do we have to use Pick button and select Yes for removing in the pop-up? Any other option to remove a queue item? Thanks.

    We have exactly the same issue with the latest V9.0.2.193 update on Dynamics 365 (Online).  There doesn't appear to be any way of removing a queue item! How is this supposed to be done now? Surely we don't have to use the Bulk Remove Wizard each time we want to remove a queue item?
