Automatic release of material for batch order based on raw material time

We are about to start using "Automatic release of BOM and formula lines" batch job to release material based on raw material date and time. We would like to release material x hours before rawmaterial time, but the only function I find that filters on time is GreaterThanUtcNow() and LessThanUtcNow(). Since these two functions doesn't take any arguments like GreaterThanDate (_relativeDays=0) does, it seems like you only can filter compared to current time. We would like something LessThanUtcNow(4) to release everything 4 hours before start of first operation. The material is linked to the first operation in the route, and we also have tried setting que time before, which doesn't do anything with the raw material time.
