Hi Everyone,

I am using GP 2013 with the wennsoft job costing module. Unfortunately when I try to work within Wennsoft I get this error "you must create a user profile before using job cost". Does anyone know how to create a profile? Thank you in advance! - Jessica

    Typically, it will require that you are logged in as sa and it is company specific. But, here you go: WennSoft Job Cost>>Setup>>Security Setup>>User Profile. You must know the system password for WennSoft, it is different from that of GP.
