
Hi All,
Today I've noticed that in our PROD instance the option for Inserting a Knowledge Article into an email is missing, however on DEV it is still visible.

Anyone who has the same problem and any idea what might be missing?

This is a known issue.
Support tickets for this issue have been raised by multiple users and the bug item was generated, the fix will be included in a future update.
If you want to get this issue fixed immediately, you can also raise a support ticket and Microsoft support engineer will install a patch solution for your environment.
