Error when create Sandbox from PROD

Hello,

In Business Central Administration Center, I try to create a new Sandbox environment. I want it to be a copy of Production. When I do so, it is shown in the list of environments (with status "Preparing")

After 5-10 minutes, the environment is gone and I got this error.

Hi,

Is the sandbox which is created in environment page is still in preparing stage or it got deleted from Environment list?

if you cannot see that sandbox in the environment list then try to do the same steps again.

If you still face the same issue you can raise a Microsoft ticket to debug this issue for you.

Hi, I tested it in my tenant and it doesn't seem to be a problem. It shouldn't be a global bug. So you should submit Service Request to Microsoft.
