Well I cannot get Dynamic Sales working other than Trial version?
Any ideas how to solve issue?
Hey!
As a partner, the Microsoft Action Pack will provide you with some codes that you should redeem for the required licenses. The first thing you should do is to check if you're able to see "Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement" licenses on your tenant (admin.microsoft.com, under Billing, your products)
After this is done, you should go into admin.powerplatform.com and provision an environment of type Sandbox or Production.
If you're not able to see the licenses on your tenant, please reach out to Partner Services, request for their assistance on getting the appropriate licenses.
