Safe Pay Transaction History

I've noticed recently that in the Safe Pay transaction upload window, if you're not careful about defining the 'Last Upload Date' and 'Upload Cutoff Date', it would be easy to select transactions that have been previously uploaded.  Is there a process through the UI to purge those historical transactions?
