Add Hyperlink and Fields in Template

Hi all,

How can i add hyperlink i custom template?

When i add fields in template and use the same template using java script then it shows only title and subject default.

How could i show the same?

    Like I want to add the case record hyperlink which is going to be escalate.

    So, how could i do this?

    Hi Shakti,

    You cannot insert an hyperlink for the record dyamically in an email template.

    however if you send email directly using workflow - you have option to insert record url :

    dynamicsofdynamicscrm.com/.../quick-tip-add-record-hyperlink-with-text-in-send-email-via-workflow-in-dynamics-crm

    another option would be to create a url field on case record and fill it using a javascript and then use it in the template.

    Hi Shakti,

    You could highlight the word and then hit Ctrl+K on your keyboard to add hyperlink in custom template from IE browser.
