MR Report completes generating but never opens

We have one user who is able to open MR and generate a report but the report never opens. We have deleted her user from MR and SQL and set it up again but that does not correct the issue. She is on a terminal server with other users and they are able to run the report.  We figure the issue is security to something but I am not sure what. Any suggestions?

    The user needs to be able to run Report Viewer as any windows application - there is no new data created in the application so I am not sure what level of security you want, but the user has to be able to Read / Write at the least ( I believe )

    The user is unable to access Report Viewer. Do they need access to it and if so what security do they need?

    Next easy one is permission to open MR Report Viewer - without generating a report - can the user open the application?

    Thank you for the response. She gets the issue on all reports, the View Report when generated flag is marked. She does have "use management reporter viewer as default viewer" marked as well.

    Wanted to eliminate the obvious:- Are you sure this user has not overridden the default report output setting to

    "View report when generated" flag?

    Secondly could you also mention if this is happening when the user has "use management reporter viewer as default viewer" from Tools|Options?
