Custom Appointment Activity

I am looking to create a duplicate of the Appointment Activity but with adjustments to the form.

Can someone direct me to where there are some instructions to do this? I can create additional activities but I cannot figure out how to do something like the reoccurrence.

Hi,

How about creating duplicate main form and change the layout of your newly created form based on Your need for Appointment entity instead of creating new custom activity entity?

Bipin Kumar That is one of the first things I attempted, but checking in the table under forms it is empty, also for the classic version as forms is just not there. Also the New Form is greyed out in the modern version.

Yes, i checked on my instance and you are correct that system is not allowing us to create new form for appointment

I am not sure how to mimic recurrence feature for custom activity.
