CRM 2013: Disable "Pending email warning" notification

I get "Pending email warning" notification when I log into the CRM. It's related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online for Outlook. I don't have it the system, it's uninstalled.

How to disable that notification from the CRM?

    Hi JUSTASD,

The pending email warning notification is for emails which have been created but not been sent,

Assuming you have system administrator privileges you will need to navigate to system settings -->email tab and check the default synchronization method.

If it is set to outlook client then you will need to set up the client for outlook and do another synchronization with CRM so the pending emails are sent out.

If you are using an email router then you need to check if this has been set up to send messages for you.

    Thanks,

    Sudhir

    Hi Sudhir,

    Thanks for your help.

I attach the screenshot of mailbox configuration tab in CRM

I installed Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 for Microsoft Office Outlook again. But I'm not able to use it because I get authentication error on startup. I attach the error screenshot.

So I'm still troubleshooting this issue, I hope there is way to fix it under CRM settins

I found the solution for loging in Outlook. The field "Server URL" does not mean the URL of the server, you need to enter "CRM Online" there.

I synchronized with the CRM in Outlook but I still get the error notification in CRM.

The solution was to use "Advanced find" on "Email messages". All the pending emails were there. I deleted them and the notification is gone.

This a very old post, but since nobody has given you a straight answer, I though I would. Here are the steps

I must warn you not to try this if you are not knowledgeable about registry keys, otherwise some serious issues might arise.

    1. Log into to the server where CRM is installed

    2. Open command prompt
    3. Type "regedit"

    4. Navigate to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSCRM

    5. Right click on MSCRM > New > DWORD = "DisablePendingEmailReminder"

    6. Set value data = 1

    7. Reset IIS

8 You should be good to go

I like the registry solution. However, does anyone know of a way to disable this message for an entire organization rather than on a per-machine basis?

I would like to disable the message for all users in our sandbox, which does not have the capability to send emails.
