Dynamically change row color in grid view

Is it possible to dynamically change the back color of a row depending on a certain column value? I have not seen a supported solution online, I was wondering what the `Unsupported` way of doing this is? And also is there a way to see the colors on a dashboard or is it just exclusively for forms?
