What is the easiest way to get a list of all paycodes set up in GP Payroll?

Depending on what you need, have you looked at the Payroll Setup reports available? There is a Pay Code report necessary.
You could also explore the use of a custom report, SmartList, or Excel report.
If you are looking for the Paycode itself, you could report off of the UPR40600 (Payroll Pay Code Setup) table. If you are looking for the Paycode/Employee relationship, you could report off of the UPR00400 (Payroll Pay Code Master) table.
