Approve link in WorkFlow email on GP2015

I'm on a new installation of GP2015 and trying to setup and a GJ batch approval workflow. When submitting the GJ batch, the email goes out OK but when the users attempts to Approve or Reject they get the following error:

"The server encountered an error processing the request. See server logs for more details".

Any idea where to go from here?

    When attempting to take action via the action links in a workflow email sent to approvers, you must have Web Services for Dynamics GP installed and installed in that same company database that you're using Workflow in and wanting to approve via email.

    Verify your Web Services is installed correctly and is currently working, also that you have installed it in these company databases.

    The WSInstallStatus table in the DYNAMICS/system database will show what version of Web Services you have installed and which databases.

    After working with Microsoft tech support we got through this. We did a full uninstall/re-install. Not really sure what step we missed.

    Mahmoud:  The client PC has the proper Internet options (English). I've tried a few different PCs and had the same error. It references server logs but I'm not sure where/if that exists.

    I have had the same error, one possible cause would be the language preferences. Check my article on  Error when using the Workflow E-mail Actions "The server encountered an error processing the request"
