How do I find out who has opened or closed a Period in Fiscal Period Setup window?

GP Menu -> Tools --> Setup --> Company --> Fiscal Period

Sorry, totally read that question wrong. I checked GL10111 table and I do not see any type of user ID field. Maybe you can add a trigger to that table to send an e-mail when someone updates it? Have IT go through the transaction log if you have them enabled. Use GP Activity Tracking?
